Hybrid IT infrastructures combine stability with change: existing platforms must function reliably while cloud technologies, automation, and new operating models are continuously integrated. You take a central role in this further development, connecting architecture, engineering, and project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud
You further develop hybrid platforms based on Azure, M365, Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V.
You ensure the reliable operation of server, storage, network, security, and backup components.
You support the build-up and further development of a scalable Azure operating platform.
Architecture & Projects
You design technical infrastructure architectures and implement complex projects from planning to realisation.
You coordinate technical dependencies and ensure clean integration of applications and services.
You ensure implementation within defined quality, deadline, and cost requirements.
Automation & Collaboration
You optimise existing processes and develop automations to make IT operations more efficient.
You communicate technical contexts appropriately for the target audience in workshops and presentations.
You work closely with Development, DevOps, SecOps, and Application Management.
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education or a comparable qualification with at least five years of professional experience in cloud or system engineering.
Ideally, you have completed advanced training in IT or relevant certifications.
You possess solid knowledge of Azure, M365, and Windows Server as well as network and security technologies.
You bring experience with hybrid environments and technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, AD/Azure AD, Hybrid Exchange, VPN, and firewalls.
You work independently, in a structured and entrepreneurial manner, and take responsibility for technical solutions.
You are interested in automation, innovation, and digital transformation.
You communicate very confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
