Professional in Vocational Integration (60–80 %)

We are looking for you as a committed, empathetic, and team-oriented personality to joyfully and experientially help build the area of vocational integration together and actively shape our daily structure.

Your Impact

• You bring the perspective of vocational integration into the Schönhalde Foundation and thus make an important contribution to a holistic offering.

Your Tasks

• Co-responsibility for the development and further advancement of vocational integration within the Schönhalde Foundation.
• Responsibility for orders from IV offices in the area of vocational measures.
• Case management and individual support of integration measures.
• Support and guidance in job coaching. Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist offices and other stakeholders.
• Documentation of case progress and preparation of reports.
• Acquisition, development, and maintenance of contacts with companies for internships, work assignments, and other vocational opportunities.

You fit with us if …

• you have experience in vocational integration and a good understanding of the labour market.
• you possess sound knowledge in social insurance, especially of the disability insurance.
• you have experience in supporting people with psychological challenges.
• you work empathetically, reliably, and team-oriented and can bring together different perspectives.
• you work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are at the same time open to change.
