Head of Day Structure & Member of the Executive Board (80–100 %)

For the next phase of development, we are looking for an experienced, empathetic, and team-oriented personality who takes responsibility, enjoys shaping things together, and further develops our day structure and work integration area.

Your Impact

• You take overall responsibility for the day structure and develop it further together with the current post holder and your team.
• You build up the area of professional integration and develop suitable offers and structures.
• You engage with the IBB requirements and the guidelines of the UN CRPD and implement them in practice.
• As a member of the executive board, you actively shape the strategic development of the Schönhalde Foundation.

Your Responsibilities

• You lead and develop the areas of day structure and work integration professionally, personally, organisationally, and economically.
• You create framework conditions in which people can contribute their skills, develop themselves, and find a suitable place to work.
• You conduct discussions about work offers in the admission process and develop suitable solutions together with those involved.
• You strengthen existing and build new networks and cooperations with companies, authorities, institutions, and other partners.
• You contribute your ideas, think in a connected way, and develop the area with joy and foresight.
