As part of our development, we are looking for a Bilingual French / German Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to sales staff and the entire sales team
• Coordination and dispatch of information intended for customers (commercial offers, new product launches, promotions, assortment changes, price changes)
• Creation and updating of customer references and EDI data
• Management of commercial documents and materials intended for clients
• Preparation and follow-up of commercial files for the sales force
• Calculations and updating of prices, assortments, dashboards and statistics, product profitability calculations
• Occasional cover within the sales secretariat

Qualifications

• Commercial or administrative training
• Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the agri-food or logistics sector.
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, ERP, CRM).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit, proactivity and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of service.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Knowledge of the Swiss market is an advantage.
