IT System Engineer - Client Management (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the entire spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Responsibilities:
Execution of customer projects in the workplace area
Operation and optimisation of software distribution processes
Support in the introduction of new technologies
Management of sub-projects and 2nd level support
Maintenance and creation of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with professional experience
Knowledge in software distribution and client management (e.g. Intune)
Experience with Microsoft products (Windows, M365)
Driving licence and own vehicle
Very good German language skills
