Good recruiting requires more than convincing conversations: it needs organisation, coordination and people who keep an overview. This is exactly where you come in. You work closely with our Recruiting Experts and ensure that the administrative tasks around the recruitment process run reliably. In doing so, you have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into recruitment and continuously take on more responsibility.
Your tasks
- You support our Recruiting Experts with the administrative tasks throughout the entire recruitment process, creating real added value.
- Your tasks include, for example, recording new positions, creating salary proposals, and publishing the positions on the appropriate platforms.
- When creating job advertisements, you contribute your good expression skills and creativity and ensure that our job ads are appealing and target group appropriate.
- In active sourcing, you specifically search for suitable candidates and support the Canton of Lucerne in attracting new talents.
- You also have the opportunity to develop further and take on assignment clarifications and accompany interviews yourself.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and have further trained in the HR field accordingly.
- You have already gained experience in HR, ideally in recruiting; if not, you will gain it with us.
- Even when several topics are running simultaneously, you keep an overview as an independent and reliable organisational talent.
- You appreciate close collaboration with Recruiting Experts and various managers and convince with your strong service orientation.
- We look forward to a pragmatic hands-on team player who enriches our motivated team and the Canton of Lucerne.
