Your Profile

Completed IT education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the area of Business Applications / Application Management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading and developing teams
Existing further education in business administration, management, or leadership
Experience in the introduction or replacement of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
Strong leadership and social skills with clear communication ability
Ability to develop, challenge, and promote employees
High assertiveness combined with an appreciative leadership style
Strong business orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
Negotiation-level German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form

Your Tasks

Professional and personnel leadership of the IT Business Applications team (approx. 7 employees)
Further development of employees and ensuring a clear leadership structure
Building and maintaining close relationships with the specialist departments (business partnering)
Identification and implementation of optimization and automation potentials in business processes
Responsibility for stable operation and further development of business applications
Creation and implementation of an application roadmap
Management and control of projects in the application environment
Management of external partners and service providers - also in English
