When the docking station malfunctions, the network acts up, or a password is lost, you are the hero of the moment. As an IT Supporter (m/f/d), you ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, our colleagues can work happily, and digitalisation at Ricola advances every day.

Your mission:

Receive requests in the ticketing system and resolve hardware, software, or network issues (1st & 2nd level support)
Locate and fix faults, or cleverly forward escalations
Organise repairs, replace devices, and perform restart and restore procedures
Set up new users, manage permissions, and maintain Active Directory & Microsoft Entra
Install and maintain workstation systems, mobile devices, and communication tools
Test, evaluate, and procure new IT solutions in collaboration with the team
Support IT projects and take on on-call duties to keep everything running, even outside regular hours
Share your knowledge in IT training sessions and keep instructions and checklists up to date

Your ingredients for shared success.

Completed training as an IT specialist with solid knowledge in the Windows environment
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company
Certifications in the Microsoft environment are a plus
Language skills: fluent German & English, French or Italian an advantage
Driving licence category B
Service-oriented, responsible, and happy to support people with IT topics
