Service Internal Sales Clerk (m/f)
We have plenty of great tasks for you:
- You are the first point of contact for our service customers and internal stakeholders primarily by phone, but also by email for all questions regarding our service offerings
- You receive customer concerns and record heating malfunctions
- You handle billing of services and invoice adjustments with ease
- Recording service contracts and contract changes comes easily to you
- With your communicative flair, you follow up on offers by phone and achieve closures
- As a communicative talent, you handle complaints with the right sensitivity and seek cross-departmental solutions
- You take on a wide variety of diverse administrative tasks
For our shared success, you bring:
- A completed education (commercial, customer dialogue, sales) as well as office experience (telephony, IT systems) and confident German language skills
- Preferably some initial professional experience in a contact-intensive (telephone) role (call centre, customer service)
- You put customers at the centre of your daily work and capitalise SERVICE
- You thrive in a lively and hectic environment (seasonal business), are resilient, and can work focused under pressure and high volumes
- An open, proactive, and sociable personality
- You think in solutions across departmental boundaries
