Dr.Meyer Immobilien AG has its own internal construction management. We advise and represent our clients and owners on all renovation matters concerning buildings and building technology.

Your job with us

At Dr.Meyer, you can expect diverse conversion and renovation projects, short decision-making paths, and a team that works together:

• You accompany smaller to large-scale construction projects from the initial idea to successful completion
• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of architectural and construction services
• You identify unused potential within the residential and commercial properties we manage, develop clever renovation concepts, and implement them together with internal and external partners
• You coordinate clients, authorities, specialist planners, and contractors while keeping an overview
• You are the direct contact person for our clients and actively contribute your experience

What you bring with you

• Training as an architect, construction manager, technician, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in planning, managing, and implementing construction projects in Switzerland
• Organisational talent, initiative, and enjoyment in taking responsibility
• An open, communicative manner and a good sense for people and solutions
• Good German language skills and confident use of MS Office and construction software; knowledge of WinBau or Vectorworks is a plus but not essential
