About the job
Movetia is the national agency for exchange and mobility. On behalf of the federal government and cantons, we promote exchange, mobility or cooperation activities at all educational levels - in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide. Our vision: All young people should have a formative experience in another language or cultural region during their education. Because exchange broadens perspectives, strengthens social cohesion - and promotes key future skills such as critical thinking, creativity, independence, openness and intercultural understanding. In this way, we contribute to the further development of the Swiss educational space - networked, diverse and future-proof.
Are you interested in vocational education, exchange and mobility? Do you enjoy working precisely, structured and digitally and take pleasure in reviewing project applications, advising project sponsors and reliably implementing funding processes? Then you are right with us! For our Vocational Education team, we are looking for two people as maternity cover who will operationally support our national and international mobility programmes and contribute with care, service orientation and quality awareness to the successful implementation of the projects.
The position is limited from February to the end of October 2027. With a view to the upcoming introduction of Erasmus+, there are good prospects for continued employment beyond this period.

- You advise vocational schools, associations, companies and other organisations in vocational education on the planning and implementation of their mobility projects, also with regard to the upcoming transition to Erasmus+
- Review and evaluation of project applications according to formal, content and financial criteria and processing of final reports to ensure the quality of the funded projects
- You accompany projects during their term and support project sponsors with questions about funding conditions, administration, implementation and project completion
- Support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of calls and tenders in the area of national and international mobility
- You ensure clean digital project processing, correct data maintenance and comprehensible documentation
- You help to further develop templates, checklists, advisory aids and internal working tools, also in the context of the Erasmus+ introduction, and support evaluations, overviews and mobility statistics
- Participation in information events, webinars, workshops and promotional measures
Your profile
- Education at university level, ideally Bachelor or Master.
- Personal or professional motivation for vocational education, lifelong learning, exchange and multilingualism
- Work experience in project processing, evaluation, administration, education, vocational education or public administration is an advantage. Career starters with a relevant study focus are also welcome
- You are interested in the Swiss education landscape as well as European education programmes, especially Erasmus+
- Careful checking, structured working and comprehensible documentation suit you, also in dealing with digital processes and office applications
- You communicate in a friendly, precise and service-oriented manner with internal and external partners
- You are fluent in German or French, both spoken and written, with good knowledge of a second official language as well as good English
- You work independently, reliably and accurately, set priorities and keep an overview even with several dossiers
