As a floater, you can expect a particularly versatile and varied role right in the middle of our property management. You bring your experience and know-how where they are currently most needed, work with different teams, and gain insight into various mandates and exciting tasks. In doing so, you take on responsibility, apply your strengths purposefully, and ensure with your flexible and
solution-oriented approach that everything runs reliably even during holiday absences, staff shortages, or increased workloads.
An ideal role for those who appreciate variety, enjoy working independently, and like to pitch in where their contribution really counts.

Your core tasks

• You independently take on tasks and responsibility in different management mandates
• You quickly familiarise yourself with new files, properties, and processes
• You recognise the need for action, set priorities, and ensure reliable follow-up
• You are a competent contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities, and other stakeholders
• You support our teams where your expertise creates the greatest added value

What you bring

You are a winning and authentic personality with a professional appearance. You work independently, flexibly, and in a structured manner, have a quick grasp, and quickly find your way in new teams and situations. Even under high workload, you keep an overview and set the right priorities. You have solid experience in property management, ideally also familiar with related areas, and convince with your high social competence as well as a solution-oriented and reliable working style. This includes:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in property management or a similar position
• Federal specialist certificate in property management or willingness to obtain it
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and different challenges
