Role:

You want to not only accompany ERP projects but also shape them professionally? As an ERP Consultant Microsoft Dynamics, you translate business requirements into viable solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You confidently navigate between business analysis, configuration, and integration. After implementation, you remain the first point of contact when the system becomes tricky.

Responsibilities:

• You take on the functional installation and parameterisation of D365 F&O and configure modules, workflows, and permissions precisely.

• In workshops with the specialist departments, you gather requirements, model processes, and decide whether standard, configuration, or custom development is the right solution.

• You design integrations with third-party systems and Microsoft cloud services and support the transfer of master and transactional data.

• For releases and changes, you manage functional, integrative, and regression tests and ensure clean deployments.

• Additionally, you analyse error patterns in 2nd and 3rd level support with key users and development and drive their resolution.

• You also identify digitalisation potentials in existing processes and convey innovations practically in training sessions.

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or supporting business applications, ideally with a focus on ERP.

• Solid know-how in Dynamics 365 F&O or a similar ERP system enables you to implement requirements independently.

• You write specifications and functional designs in a structured and comprehensible manner.

• Additionally, you have experience with data flows, data mapping, and supporting go-lives and release cycles.

• Furthermore, you are familiar with the Microsoft Cloud and have ideally already worked with Power Automate, Dataverse, or Azure services.

• You also convince with analytical acumen, clear communication, business-fluent German, and solid English in everyday work.
