ICT System Engineer - Cloud, Server & Network (a) 80 – 100 %

You ensure the stable, secure, and scalable operation of our central IT infrastructure and consistently develop it further in a modern hybrid environment – focusing on automation, standardisation, and future viability:

• Engineering, operation, and further development of hybrid IT infrastructures
• Design, implementation, and operation of platforms in the Microsoft environment (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune) as well as building and operating system landscapes
• Ensuring system availability, performance, as well as analysing and sustainably resolving complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Automation of operational processes, as well as ensuring the integration of systems and services into the existing IT landscape
• Participation in architectural decisions as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies, tools, and platforms
• Continuous development and knowledge transfer within the team and the company

What you bring:

• Completed training in the IT field as well as several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, namely Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Solid know-how in Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, and security as well as experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell)
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Proactive personality with outstanding problem-solving skills
• You communicate clearly and understandably, even with non-technical stakeholders
