The Ilgenmoos location is one of our three institutions. It offers residential places and day structure for adult clients on the outskirts of Effretikon. Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you to strengthen our external residential group in Fehraltdorf.
Social Pedagogue External Residential Group 80%
These are your tasks:
- You accompany our clients with increased need for structure in everyday life, from basic care to leisure activities.
- You are a key contact person, recognise progress and document their development.
- You actively help shape everyday life in the team through case discussions, supervision and projects.
- You contribute your social pedagogical expertise and take on professional responsibility, e.g. for Supported Communication.
- You assist in the residential group household and maintain client documentation.

- Qualification as a social pedagogue and experience in supporting and promoting people.
- You observe carefully, recognise small progress and treat people with respect.
- You are open to new approaches and reflect on your own actions.
- You enjoy Supported Communication and enabling participation.
