Movemi AG operates the largest fitness network in Switzerland with 126 ACTIV FITNESS and 16 Fitnessparks. In our newly created role, you are the central expert for occupational safety and health protection and make an essential contribution to the further development of movemi.

What you will achieve

• You advise company management, executives and specialist departments on all questions of occupational safety and health protection
• You develop, maintain and optimise operational safety concepts, safety systems and relevant OS/HP documentation
• You plan and accompany hazard assessments, risk evaluations, audits and safety inspections
• You derive prevention and safety measures, coordinate their implementation and ensure controlling
• You organise and conduct training, instructions and briefings in the area of OS/HP
• You support the locations as well as the local OS/HP contact persons professionally and methodically
• You advise on the selection, provision and safe use of work equipment and personal protective equipment
• You accompany incident investigations in the event of accidents, near misses and safety-relevant incidents and derive improvement measures
• You coordinate the involvement of further ASA specialists if necessary and work with internal and external expert bodies
• You represent the company in national expert groups
• You define annual goals and monitor implementation throughout the company
• You prepare key figures, evaluations and reports and contribute to the further development of the safety culture in the company

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Further training as an ASA specialist in accordance with EKAS guideline 6508 or a comparable qualification in the field of occupational safety/health protection
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of legal requirements as well as operational processes in the area of OS/HP
• Experience in conducting hazard assessments, training, audits and incident investigations
• Consulting skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• German (B1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
