We are looking for reinforcement in our key worker teams at Ankerstrasse and Molkenstrasse.

• Individual social pedagogical and/or nursing key worker duties with case management
• Support and promotion of independence, participation and quality of life in everyday life
• Stabilisation of life situations and development of perspectives for growth
• Occasional support with nursing tasks
• Collaboration with authorities, specialist agencies and internal partners
• Interdisciplinary teamwork
• Electronic case documentation

• Completed training as a social pedagogue, nursing specialist HF/FH or health care specialist EFZ
• Experience in supporting people with psychological burdens, addiction issues or social difficulties
• High social and communication skills
• Enjoyment of relationship work, interdisciplinary collaboration and responsible tasks
• Identification with the values of the Salvation Army
