What is my role?

• Operational management and further development of the West region

• Conducting uniformed security operations at customer sites

• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base

• Preparation of offers and security concepts

• Professional support of existing customers

• Planning and implementation of sales and marketing measures

• Independent handling of administrative and organisational tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of leadership, sales and acquisition experience

• Experience in operational security service; industry certification advantageous

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form as well as Swiss German as a native language

• Independent, reliable and responsible working style

• Strong service and customer orientation

• High flexibility and willingness to work around the clock (7 × 24 hours)

• Neat appearance and good manners

• Good physical condition

• Minimum age 35 years

• No ongoing proceedings and no entries in the debt enforcement or central criminal registers

• Driving licence category B and own car
