Chemist / Chemical Technologist / Chemist in Development (80-100%)

Your Tasks

• Development of chemical-technical products, documentation of results, conducting performance and stability tests
• Development of scale-up processes in the laboratory and implementation in production
• Preparation of test reports and data management in the ERP system
• Independent development, analysis, and improvement of production processes in the liquid and powder areas
• Optimisation of formulations regarding manufacturing, processing, and efficiency
• Coordinating and conducting change processes
• Qualification of raw material alternatives
• Close collaboration with sales and direct customer contact
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a consistently high quality level
• Support of plant management in chemical matters
• Deputising for project management in the descaler area

Your Profile

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician or chemist with a focus on process engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing chemical industry
• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering, or process technology
• Familiar with liquid and powder production processes and safety standards
• Structured working method, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge: MS Office, ERP (MS AX, D365), Industry 4.0
