The Helvetic Partners Group unites various companies and businesses from the sectors of hospitality, gastronomy, leisure, events and real estate/location development. Our group includes, among others, Der Meilenstein, BOXENSTOP and X1291 in Langenthal as well as the Equestrian Centre Roggwil and other companies and businesses.

Our group is growing and with it the demands on a professional, central and reliable HR organisation are increasing.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will take over the human resources and especially the payroll management of the entire corporate group and further develop it together with the management.

Your main tasks:

Payroll & Social Security

• Independent execution and responsibility for the entire payroll
• Ensuring compliance with labour and tax law regulations
• Close coordination with accounting and management

HR Administration & Personnel Management

• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Ensuring professional HR documentation within the entire group
• Supporting managers with labour law and personnel-related issues
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about salary, insurance and employment relationships

HR Structures & Further Development

An essential part of your role is not only to manage our HR but to further develop it. This includes in particular:

• Standardisation of HR processes
• Establishment of clear and efficient HR standards
• Digitalisation and optimisation of administrative processesEnsuring clear responsibilities between HR, managers and management
• Support in building meaningful HR reporting
• Preparation of relevant personnel key figures for management
• Accompanying further growth and integration of new businesses and companies

Your profile

For this responsible position, we are looking for a person with solid Swiss HR and payroll experience. Ideally, you bring:

• HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, real estate, leisure or a similarly dynamic industry is an advantage
• Confident handling of HR, payroll and office systems
• Structured, precise and reliable working style
• High sense of responsibility and absolute discretion
