About the job

Together with your team colleague, you support the CEO as well as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees in all administrative and operational tasks including correspondence and appointment coordination

You take on the preparation and follow-up of meetings and ensure efficient processes

As a central contact and coordination point, you ensure communication with internal and external partners

You take on communication and information tasks

You actively participate in projects and contribute to the further development and optimisation of processes

From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a CEO Assistant to complement our existing CEO assistant.

Your tasks

Your profile

Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable assistant role, ideally in healthcare
Distinct discretion, high reliability and trustworthiness characterise you
Organisational talent, structured and independent working style as well as enjoyment in thinking ahead and planning
Confident manner and professional expression in German (spoken and written)
Proficient use of MS Office and common or new digital tools
