To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who coordinates the operational daily business, plans deployments and develops our company together with management.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth running of daily business
• Planning and coordination of deployments of employees, vehicles and materials
• Coordination of the start of the day and processing of daily work reports
• Monitoring of appointments, quality and ongoing orders
• Preparation of quotations and processing of orders
• Contact person for employees, customers and suppliers
• Participation in the optimisation of processes and workflows
• Active involvement in the further development of the company

Your profile

• Experience in logistics, transport, dispatch or a comparable function
• Enjoy taking responsibility
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Good IT skills and interest in digital working tools
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• You lead with clarity, respect and by example
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• English spoken and written is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
