IT Supporter

What does the role involve?

• Handling IT support requests including independent error analysis and resolution of software and hardware issues
• Installation and maintenance of client-side hardware and software
• Management of user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365, including SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Organisation and delivery of training for employees and other stakeholders
• Creation of documentation (user guides, FAQs, etc.)
• Ensuring efficient communication flow with internal and external parties

What do you bring?

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or at least 5 years of professional experience in IT or support
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Customer-oriented thinking and working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills
