As we continuously evolve our offerings, we're expanding our product team to drive this vision further.
Why we are recruiting
The AI & Business Transformation team is entering a new phase - one where AI-assisted development, intelligent agent frameworks, and CRM-driven workflows are central to how we build and operate, and where rethinking and transforming end-to-end workflows is as important as the tools themselves. We are seeking a Product Specialist who can lead workflow transformation efforts end-to-end — from rethinking business processes to identifying and implementing the right product and tooling solutions — while also bridging product operations and hands-on building: someone who can own Salesforce requirements as part of a broader ecosystem of tools and workflows, define business logic for AgentForce-powered Slack integrations, and push pull requests using AI-assisted development tools, all within the same week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and technical execution, and who believes the best documentation is a working system. Success in this role is not defined by how much is built in a given tool, but by how effectively workflows are simplified, automated, and reimagined across the organization. We are looking for a builder mindset — someone who does not wait for perfect specifications, but iterates quickly between problem understanding, solution design, and hands-on execution
Reporting Lines & Interactions
The Specialist will report to the Digital Product Manager, AI & Business Transformation. They will work closely with engineering teams, a Salesforce delivery team, content and business stakeholders, and the broader AI & Business transformation team.
Responsibilities
Workflow Transformation & Solution Design
- Analyze and map existing business workflows across teams, identifying inefficiencies, fragmentation, and opportunities for automation or redesign
- Lead end-to-end workflow transformation initiatives — from problem definition to solution implementation
- Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions across a broad toolset (including but not limited to Salesforce, Slack, AI agents, and emerging AI tools)
- Challenge existing processes and propose innovative, pragmatic alternatives that improve speed, quality, and user experience
- Ensure that technology decisions are driven by workflow needs, not constrained by existing systems
Salesforce & Agentic Workflow Product Ownership (within a broader product ecosystem):
- Own the Salesforce product roadmap for business transformation, ensuring alignment with broader agentic workflows and cross-system architecture — define what needs to be built across fields, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and related tooling
- Design and drive the integration of Salesforce with Slack-based AgentForce solutions — defining conversation flows, trigger logic, data inputs, and user-facing behaviours
- Prioritize, scope, and manage development requests across Salesforce and adjacent systems through a dedicated delivery team; ensure requirements are clear, output meets quality standards, and delivery stays on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, and delivery teams, translating needs into actionable specifications across systems
- Collaborate with engineering to design, test, and iterate on AI-powered agent experiences that enhance and automate internal workflows
- Review delivered work, flag gaps, and iterate — stepping in hands-on when the situation calls for it
- Stay current with Salesforce, AgentForce, and Slack platform capabilities to continuously inform what’s possible and where to innovate
AI-Assisted Product Development:
- Contribute directly to prototyping and product development by pushing pull requests using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
- Handle configuration changes, frontend adjustments, integration scripts, and lightweight automation — extending the team's capacity without waiting in the engineering queue
- This is not a software engineering role, but you are expected to be technically capable enough to translate ideas into working prototypes or lightweight solutions using modern AI-assisted tools
- Drive innovation with emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and others) to rapidly prototype solutions and explore new ways of solving business problems
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
- Engage with business, content, and engineering teams to collect, clarify, and document product requirements
- Ensure product specifications are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain living documentation that serves as the source of truth for product decisions and system behavior
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as a primary contact point for business and content teams, ensuring seamless communication on product progress, challenges, and milestones
- Manage stakeholder expectations across workstreams with competing priorities
Operational Support:
- Coordinate support requests and cross-team dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Handle operational tasks related to product development, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a technical or other relevant field
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in product management, product operations, or a hybrid builder-operator role for digital products
- Proven ability to analyze, redesign, and improve business workflows — not just implement tools, but rethink how work gets done
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce with the ability to position it appropriately within a broader system landscape — you understand objects, flows, reports, and data models well enough to write clear requirements, review delivered work, and manage a delivery team's output
- Experience writing business requirements for third-party platform integrations (Slack, CRM systems, agent frameworks, or similar)
- Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar), with the ability to rapidly prototype and apply them to real business problems
- Experience coordinating with or managing delivery teams without direct reporting authority
- Strong analytical thinker with a data-informed approach to product decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — your documentation, specs, and stakeholder updates are consistently clear and precise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Proven interest in AI, intelligent agents, and emerging technologies that reshape how organizations operate
- Fluency in English is required
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce or similar AI agent platforms
- Design experience including mock-ups and rapid prototyping (e.g., Figma)
- Experience with digital analytics platforms and data-driven product decision-making
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and pull request processes
