YOUR TASKS

• Independent or supportive execution of the monthly payroll processing
• Checking and maintaining personnel, payroll, and time management data
• Handling entries, exits, and changes
• Processing social insurance matters such as AHV, IV, EO, UVG, KTG, and BVG
• Year-end tasks and reconciliations in payroll
• Managing time management and absence administration
• Contact with social insurance institutions, authorities, and other external bodies
• Advising employees and managers on questions regarding salary and social insurance
• Creating evaluations, statistics, and reports
• Contributing to the optimisation and digitalisation of HR and payroll processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• Commercial basic training as well as further education in HR, payroll, or social insurance
• Experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurances and ideally labour law
• Very good German skills; additional languages are advantageous depending on the position
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of common HR and payroll systems such as Abacus, SAP, SwissSalary, or comparable solutions is an advantage
• Precise, discreet, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of numbers combined with a good sense for people
