For our emergency centre, where we care for around 65,000 patients annually, we are looking for a committed colleague for our reception team immediately or by arrangement. This is who we are
Your tasks
- The reception team is responsible for the administrative admission of emergency patients
- In addition to answering the telephone, your duties include general secretarial work as well as the entire case management including discharges
- The work is carried out in a 3-shift system (including night shifts, weekends and public holidays)
- You record the personal data of patients at reception or directly in the examination room, check insurance details and initiate case opening
- You support a smooth flow in the emergency centre with your independently organised work
- You represent your team at joint meetings and work closely with the entire emergency centre team as well as other internal departments
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical/ hospital secretary, medical practice assistant or pharmaceutical assistant with professional experience as well as good PC skills, a quick grasp and a strong customer orientation
- You are an open, team-oriented and resilient personality and are motivated to work irregularly on weekends, public holidays and in the 3-shift system (24/7)
- You remain friendly and keep calm and overview even in exceptional situations
- You are characterised by your commitment and flexibility, enjoy working in a challenging environment and look forward to actively shaping and further developing the operation of the emergency reception with a great deal of independence
