Application Manager Abacus, Power BI (80–100%)

Your Contribution

• Technical application responsibility for the ERP system Abacus in the areas of finance and HR, as well as for Power BI
• Participation in the development and establishment of a standardised operating concept for Abacus and Power BI
• Ensuring smooth operation and its documentation including interfaces to surrounding systems
• Technical advice to specialist departments as well as in cross-departmental processes
• Initial analysis, prioritisation and coordination of incoming service requests
• Further development of processes and applications in collaboration with specialist departments and suppliers
• Ensuring 2nd level support by analysing and resolving occurring faults
• Coordination in case of operational disruptions and maintenance work with specialist departments and external suppliers
• Coordination in planning and execution of releases and updates as well as in test management
• Participation in projects and initiatives
• Occasional special assignments outside office hours or at weekends

Your Talents

• Solid IT education and/or several years of experience in application management
• Higher education (FH or HF) advantageous
• Strong ability to develop practical solutions together with users
• High technical affinity as well as sound knowledge in Abacus and Power BI
• Experience in application management and troubleshooting
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style as well as clear, target group-appropriate communication
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and ensuring stable application operation
