• Creating offers
• Booking individual room reservations and small groups into the PMS
• Receiving and booking table reservations
• Processing and following up on scheduled options
• Constantly checking communication channels for functionality and availability
• Passing on information to all relevant departments
• Reviewing the working methods used, identifying optimisation potential, and contributing to implementation

• Training in the hotel industry or at least 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, ideally with LHW or SDH
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (level C1), any additional language is an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Cool head in stressful situations
