Clerk Service Centre "Disposal" 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Receipt and processing of customer enquiries as well as ensuring order processing in the ERP system

• Contact person and central interface to external and internal departments (logistics, operations scheduling, invoicing, head of material flow management, laboratory)

• Processing new disposal enquiries and preparing customer quotations

• Supporting customers with queries regarding order processing as well as processing feedback and deviations including documentation and forwarding to the responsible specialist departments

• Invoicing disposal orders including processing of related documents

• General administrative tasks in the service centre

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with interest or experience in the disposal and recycling industry

• Several years of professional experience in customer service or internal sales, ideally in an industrial professional environment

• Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as experience in handling an ERP system;

• Fluent and confident German in spoken and written form, French and English advantageous

• Quick comprehension, organisational talent as well as a goal-oriented, independent and precise way of working

• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
