Welcome to the digital adventure land! We are not just looking for an ICT specialist. We are seeking additional support for our team. A tech hero with heart, brain and humour – someone who can master the cable mess, has the patience of a Zen monk and doesn’t immediately throw the keyboard out of the window when faced with Windows error messages.

Start date 01.10.2026 or by arrangement

Your mission

• Supporting our users in 1st and 2nd level support – both in the RIZ and in the classrooms of Münsingen primary school
• Support via remote magic or in person on site
• Creating documentation and instructions
• Assisting with system maintenance and monitoring
• Participating in projects

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an ICT specialist or a comparable IT qualification, alternatively very high IT affinity with enthusiasm for technical topics
• Additional IT certificates such as CompTIA, SIZ or other superpowers? Very welcome!
• Experience with Microsoft Windows clients
• Quick comprehension, organisational talent, sense of responsibility and an eye for detail
• Team spirit, enjoyment of communication and no fear of real people
• Driving licence category B required and ideally with own vehicle for assignments outside the LAN
