Your tasks
- Independent management of a varied property portfolio
- Competent contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers and craftsmen
- Organisation and supervision of apartment handovers and inspections
- Coordination of maintenance, renovation and refurbishment work
- Preparation of rental contracts and handling of the entire tenancy
- Budget planning as well as assistance with heating and ancillary cost statements
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer care
What you bring with you
- Federal diploma as a property manager
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Sound knowledge in the independent management of a property portfolio
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident manner
- Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
- Category B driving licence advantageous
