Stein am Rhein is picturesquely situated at the transition from the Untersee to the Rhine. The historic little town, the nearby vineyards and the proximity to the water give the place a very special, inspiring atmosphere.

The Stein am Rhein school is a public primary school for 430 pupils. Their educational welfare is ensured by two school managements, a school social worker, 50 teachers, as well as specialists for school remedial education and classroom assistants.
