SAH Zurich is a non-profit organisation with impact: We help people progress – with educational offerings, job programmes and counselling in Zurich and the surrounding area.

We are looking for you. You enjoy working with people in the ICT environment. In our dynamic team of over 20 ICT, coaching and assessment specialists, you professionally support job seekers through the ICT location assessment. You use modern work tools such as Salesforce, a specialist assessment developed together with Swiss ICT, and a Learning Management System that specifically supports our participants in the learning and application process.

For our offering ICT Location Assessment in Zurich-Binz, we are looking for you from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as a Coach / Course Leader 60-80% for job seekers in the ICT sector (German/English).

Your tasks

• You provide individual coaching for job seekers in the application process, including ICT specialist assessments, professional location assessment and application documents in DE and EN
• You conduct application workshops (group setting) using the Inverted Classroom method, incorporating the learning platform in DE and EN
• You perform case-related administrative and planning tasks, including report writing.
• You are the contact person for the RAV personnel consultants
• You participate in professional exchanges and internal training

Your profile

• Tertiary qualification FH/HF
• Qualified coaching further education (federal qualification such as SCA, BSO, CAS, corporate mentor, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in coaching/outplacement
• SVEB 1 certificate and at least 2 years of experience in adult education
• Proven experience/expertise of the labour market (ICT industry and ICT professions)
• German/English as mother tongue or level C1/C2
• High social competence and communication skills
• Independent personality with good presentation skills and a positive view of people
