About the job

The Arbeitskette Foundation operates seven catering businesses in Zurich and Schlieren. With around 80 professionals, we create approximately 160 adapted training and work places for people with health and social limitations.

Your contribution for real prospects:

• Support for insured persons of the IV in their integration and promotion process with the aim of integration into the primary labour market
• Creation and optimisation of professional application dossiers (CV, cover letter and other application documents)
• Support in job search and application process
• Preparation for interviews and accompaniment if required
• Case management and process responsibility according to the target agreements of our clients
• Motivation, support and coaching of our trainees on behalf of the IV, at the Arbeitskette Foundation or with our external partner companies
• Active acquisition of suitable partner companies in the primary labour market and maintenance of our network of external partners for internships, follow-up solutions and supported education
• Ensuring smooth collaboration with our integration team, trainers and HR professionals
• Writing interim and final reports for the commissioning authorities.
• Participation in the further development of our offers, processes and tools

Your profile - with heart and competence:

• You have completed vocational training as well as training or further education in the social sector (e.g. case management, job coaching, work pedagogy, work integration). Further training (CAS) in coaching or similar is desirable
• With your enthusiasm and experience in the professional integration of people with special life paths, you bring valuable knowledge to our team
• Thanks to your experience in independently responsible case management and your skilful reporting, you contribute to the success of our coachees
• Experience in the IV sector as well as knowledge of the Swiss school and vocational training system are advantageous
