Job Coach (70-80%)

Our business area Training and Work Integration is the central hub of cooperation with the IV offices, our partner companies, the personnel leasing and our internal operations. In your role as Job Coach, you accompany people with a psychological impairment in their professional development and integration into the labour market. In coaching, you promote their resources, strengthen their personal responsibility and support them in defining professional goals and developing suitable solution strategies. In close cooperation with the IV offices, employers, work educators and other professionals, you coordinate the professional measures, design individual coaching processes and advocate for sustainable integration into the working world.

These are your tasks

  • Job coaching and support: You coach and advise people in professional measures, support them in preparations for an external assignment (training, professional measures or integration measures) as well as in the search for a suitable placement. In addition, you advise and support employees with an IV pension in their professional situation and in the search for a suitable external placement opportunity
  • Planning and organisation: You coordinate the measures and the cooperation with the integration network. You are responsible for internal case management including administration and documentation
  • Networking: You acquire placement companies for work and internship positions and network with companies and individuals in various sectors

This is you

  • Experienced and professional: You have further training in coaching, a similar qualification and professional experience – ideally complemented by a commercial basic education. You also bring solid experience in working with people with psychological issues, including in work integration. You know the offerings of the IV offices and are proficient in their implementation
  • Empathetic, strong communicator: With your pronounced social skills, you are well networked in the canton of Zurich, enjoy working with different people and negotiate skilfully. You like to work outside the office, hold a category B driving licence and draw on the resources of the team and the company as needed.
  • Structured: You coordinate and organise efficiently and keep an overview. You document clearly with your convincing written expression. Your good Office user skills as well as your experience with social media form the basis for the administrative tasks

What you can look forward to

  • You work with great independence and networked with other professionals towards agreed goals
  • You contribute to the development of the business area Training and Work Integration and its future direction
  • You can expect a varied, versatile activity and a committed, expert and collegial team
