Job Description
- Creative preparation of dishes at a high quality level
- Support of the kitchen team in daily work
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Participation in banquets and large events
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Independent management of various stations, orders and inventories
- Completed training as chef with a federal diploma (EFZ) or basic vocational education (EBA) or several years of professional experience in the kitchen
- Experience in gastronomy or hotel industry
- Neat, friendly and professional appearance
- Very good German skills (additional languages are an advantage)
