We are a dynamic and rapidly growing service company in the healthcare sector, offering innovative billing and collection services to doctors, dentists and other clients throughout Switzerland.

To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and competent individual as Specialist Manager Factoring Customer Service.

Your tasks

• Professional responsibility for quality throughout the processes in the factoring area
• Specialist contact person for internal and external questions related to factoring
• Collaboration in the daily activities of Customer Service within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring electronic coordination with product management, IT department and software partners
• Handling demanding requests from clients, debtors and patients, including complaints
• Development of work instructions, process documentation and text templates
• Introduction of new team members and participation in projects

What you bring

• You have a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience, ideally in healthcare or collections
• You are a native French speaker with good to very good knowledge of German
• Further training in project management, process management or customer experience is an advantage
• You are comfortable with IT and processes and interested in legal aspects (LP)
• You have high standards of quality, accuracy and reliability
• You communicate confidently and demonstrate tact and diplomacy
• You work in a structured and independent manner while appreciating teamwork
