Your employer will be Axept Business Software AG. Since we want to expand our customer base in the Schaffhausen region, your workplace will be at our partner company, MTF Solutions AG, in Schaffhausen. Besides your field service assignments at our customers on site, the Schaffhausen location will be your workplace.

THIS MAKES YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE EXCITING:

• You can install and use your Windows in a few minutes. Introducing business software is a bit more complex. You support Swiss SMEs in the introduction and adaptation of Abacus software, especially in the HR and payroll area.
• After a careful and personal introduction, you take responsibility for "your" project or client mandate. You can count on the collegial support of your colleagues.
• Together with the customers, you analyse their HR and payroll processes, record their needs and document them.
• Then you implement the customised software solution at the customer. This usually takes several weeks and you often work directly on site. This enriches your everyday life additionally.
• Also in your task portfolio: organising and conducting workshops and user training for your customers.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• You don’t have to be a software professional yet, but a great interest in IT and digitalisation topics is just as important as fascination for HR and payroll processes.
• You grasp connections quickly, enjoy learning new things and are ambitious when it comes to understanding your customers’ business and showing them good solutions.
• What do we imagine in your educational background? Not so easy, many paths lead to us. Promising are certainly a commercial education complemented by business management training at FH/HF level or with a federal specialist certificate in HR. To accompany our customers optimally at eye level, you bring several years of professional experience in HR and/or payroll.
• If you have already come into contact with Abacus or other ERP systems, even better. Perhaps in the HR area or payroll accounting. But this is not a requirement.
• Your colleagues look forward to reinforcement from an uncomplicated person who likes to laugh, also at themselves.
