Ideal for certified auditors with Big 4 experience (Insurance),who are seeking to move to the company side

Your challenge

  • Financial Controlling & Group Reporting
    • You take on a central role in financial controlling and ensure that financial statements, reports and financial management information are prepared correctly, transparently and in compliance with group standards.
    • You are responsible for IFRS topics as well as group-compliant reporting and act as an important interface between the Swiss organisation and the group in London.
    • You review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, identify discrepancies early and ensure high data and financial statement quality.
  • Closing, Consolidation & Accounting Guidance
    • You support Swiss consolidation topics and ensure that financial information is prepared cleanly, consistently and appropriately for the target audience.
    • You provide accounting expertise guidance on complex issues around correct booking, accounting standards and reporting requirements.
    • You prepare and analyse cash flow statements and bring clarity to financial relationships, data flows and closing processes.
  • Interface function & financial special topics
    • You work closely with accounting, FP&A, the Swiss finance organisation and group functions to ensure that local requirements and group-wide standards work together optimally.
    • You support tax issues, financing and equity topics and contribute your technical accounting expertise in a targeted manner.

In short: In this key role you ensure financial transparency, high closing quality and reliable reporting structures. You review figures with technical depth, recognise connections and ensure that the Swiss financial statements meet internal and external requirements.




Your qualities and talents

  • You have successfully completed training as a certified auditor and bring solid know-how in IFRS.
  • You come from a Big 4 environment and have specialised in the insurance sector.
  • You have experience in consolidation, group reporting as well as in tax, financing and capital topics.
  • You are confident with systems like OneStream; LucaNet knowledge is an advantage, very good Excel skills are a must.
  • Challenging accounting and reporting issues motivate you, and you work very precisely, quality-conscious and structured.
  • You are professionally confident, present yourself convincingly and can communicate complex financial contexts appropriately for the audience.
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
