Your tasks

• Organisation of the construction site as well as monitoring of costs, deadlines and quality
• Collaboration with planners and contractors as well as coordination of those involved
• Local site management and active control of construction work
• Monitoring and enforcement of contractual agreements with our partners as well as checking the quality of work
• Scheduling and monitoring of construction processes
• Construction handover and commissioning
• Support or takeover of project management as needed
• Coordination of defect rectification and warranty work after two and five years according to SIA
• Reporting to the responsible construction project manager

Your profile

• Swiss federal diploma construction manager, building technician HF or draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture with site management experience

• Good understanding of plans and strong cost awareness

• Confident handling of SIA standards, laws and regulations

• Good IT application skills

• Communicative, team-oriented and solution-focused personality
