zumsy ag operates two regionally well-established retirement homes, zumsy Birgli in Brienz and zumsy Rosenau in Matten near Interlaken, as well as assisted living services. Around 150 employees are dedicated around the clock to ensuring a high quality of life, professional care and support, and independent living in old age.

As part of the realignment of our leadership and organisational structure, we are seeking an experienced and committed individual as of 1 May 2027 for the position of

Institution Manager 90–100 %

Your responsibilities

• Overall operational management of zumsy ag and leadership of the executive management team members
• Introduction and embedding of the new leadership and organisational structure with the three areas of care and support, hospitality/infrastructure, and central services
• Strengthening cross-site collaboration and promoting a binding and efficient leadership culture
• Implementation of the strategic directives of the Board of Directors and management of central cross-organisational projects
• Responsibility for Central Services with a focus on finance and controlling, human resources, administration, processes, and digitalisation
• Representation of zumsy ag towards authorities, partner organisations, and other stakeholders

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, health-related, social, or comparable field
• Several years of leadership and management experience at senior management level, preferably in healthcare or social services
• Excellent business and financial understanding as well as experience in managing a complex organisation
• Proven experience in organisational development, change processes, and implementation of new leadership and organisational structures
• Experience in collaboration with the Board of Directors, authorities, and other external stakeholders
• Integrative, honest, and resilient leadership personality with decisiveness, motivating and appreciative communication, and a strong implementation focus
