Tasks:

• Responsible for the operation and further development of our warehouse management system WAMAS
• Incident, problem and release management
• Analysis and resolution of application and interface errors (e.g. ERP/SAP)
• Coordination and control of external service providers in the application context
• Recording, clarification and specification of technical requirements
• Participation in projects
• Central interface between departments, IT and external parties

Strengths:

• Education or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience in the operation and further development of warehouse management systems
• Experience with ERP-related processes and systems
• Experience in application operation (incidents, changes, releases)
• Familiar with agile working methods, knowledge of Jira/Confluence tools
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and team orientation
