Parasites are everywhere...We are looking to strengthen our team with a BMA / Laboratory Technician who is not afraid of parasites.
The Diagnostic Centre Parasitology is a department at the Institute of Parasitology of the University of Zurich and examines stool, blood and tissue samples from humans and animals for parasites. We use microscopic, serological and molecular methods.

Tasks
- Independent execution of diagnostic examinations
- Receipt and assessment of examination material and data entry
- Recording results and preparing reports
- Co-supervision of students and academic guests
Profile
- Completed training as BMA HF or Laboratory Technician EFZ
- Good knowledge of German
- You are a team player, but also independent and reliable
- You have no qualms about handling stool samples
