The Schärmehof is nestled in the Schoren residential quarter in the south of Thun. The senior centre offers a variety of living and service options: twelve senior apartments for independent living, 37 nursing beds with individual care and support services, medical and dental practices, as well as a hairdresser. The public Schärmehof restaurant complements the offer with seasonal cuisine and warm service, as well as a shop with take-away options and a meal service for residents and external guests. A greened courtyard with a playground forms a cosy meeting place for young and old.
The Schärmehof is part of Bethesda Senior Care AG, a network organisation of various senior centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, anchored in an open Christian value culture.

What to expect with us
- You have a qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent
- Ideally, you bring experience in psychogeriatrics and vocational training
- You preferably complement your profile with further training in leadership (e.g. leadership, ward management)
- You have completed further training as a RAI-LTCF expert
- You have several years of experience in RAI data collection and have acquired knowledge in LTCF
- You are solution-oriented, a team player and like to get involved
- You are characterised by empathy, resilience and a good sense of people
