Customer Service Representative

About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable and responsible individual as a Customer Service Representative for Bodywork starting early 2027 or by arrangement.

You have training in the bodywork trade, enjoy customer contact and want to combine your expertise with a varied role in customer service? You work reliably, keep an overview even in hectic situations and consistently meet deadlines and agreements?

Your tasks

• Support and advice for our customers from vehicle acceptance to vehicle return
• Accompanying and coordinating repair orders
• Preparation and checking of damage calculations, quotations and invoice preparations
• Handling of claims with insurance companies and damage experts
• Coordination of repair orders with the workshop as well as monitoring of appointments and processes
• Ordering spare parts and supporting the workshop
• Processing telephone and email enquiries as well as general organisational tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a bodywork panel beater EFZ or bodywork painter EFZ
• Experience in claims processing, calculation (SilverDAT) and/or quotation preparation is an advantage
• Good PC skills
• Driving licence category B
• Very reliable and responsible personality
• Friendly, communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Independent and organised way of working
• High quality awareness and enjoyment of a varied activity
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
