Customer Service Representative

About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking from the beginning of 2027 or by arrangement for a committed, reliable and responsible personality as a Customer Service Representative Bodywork.

You have training in the bodywork trade, enjoy customer contact and want to combine your expertise with a varied activity in customer service? You work reliably, keep an overview even in hectic situations and reliably meet deadlines and agreements?

Your tasks

• Support and advice for our customers from vehicle acceptance to vehicle return
• Accompaniment and coordination of repair orders
• Preparation and checking of damage calculations, quotes and invoice preparations
• Handling of claims with insurance companies and damage experts
• Coordination of repair orders with the workshop as well as monitoring of appointments and processes
• Ordering of spare parts and support of the workshop
• Processing of telephone and e-mail enquiries as well as general organisational tasks

Your profile

• Preferably completed training as a bodywork panel beater EFZ, bodywork painter EFZ or automotive mechanic
• Experience in claims processing, calculation (SilverDAT) and/or quote preparation is an advantage
• Good PC skills
• Driving licence category B
• Very reliable and responsible personality
• Friendly, communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Independent and organised way of working
• High quality awareness and enjoyment of a varied activity
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
