Ward A0 for depression treatment
The ward specialises in the treatment of people with depressive symptoms. The therapeutic work is based on a multidimensional understanding of depression. Psychotherapeutic and pharmacological treatment is carried out according to the current state of knowledge and primarily integrates modular CBASP and ACT. Additionally, complementary medical offers are used. The usually open maisonette ward has 21 treatment places.
Your tasks
- Individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives within the framework of key worker duties and in consultation with the core team
- Responsibility for nursing development and monitoring of nursing quality on the ward
- Participation in specialist working groups and projects
- Ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration
- Leading individual conversations, group sessions and reports
- Coordination and planning of treatment with the responsible doctors and therapists
- Supporting patients in daily life activities and accompanying them in crisis situations
Your profile
For this exciting role, you bring a nursing qualification at HF / FH level and professional experience in psychiatric nursing. If you appreciate the therapeutic concepts CBASP and ACT and enjoy accompanying people in inpatient treatment in close interprofessional collaboration, then read on. Are you an open, communicative and present personality who thinks and acts in a recovery-oriented way and is willing to continuously further your education and pass this knowledge on to the nursing team?
