What you can contribute

• Provide administrative support in recruiting specialists (e.g. creating job advertisements, organising interviews, and managing applications)
• Lead the recruitment process for university interns at BIT in collaboration with supervisors and act in the HR role
• Organise the monthly welcome event for new employees and assist in its execution
• Support the HR Business Partners in their core operational tasks and handle incoming employee enquiries in German (including clarifications and research)
• Analyse and interpret data as well as prepare reports for various stakeholders

What makes you unique

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree) no more than 18 months before starting the position
• Proactive, independent and forward-looking working style; organisational talent and ability to maintain an overview in complex situations; able and willing to ask critical questions
• Communicative and articulate in oral and written expression; enjoy putting customers at the centre of your work
• Flair for preparing information and data/metrics as well as basic knowledge of project management; initial experience with agile working methods and organisations desirable
• Good knowledge of one official language and passive knowledge of a second
