SONNHALDE in Grüningen is an innovative care and support centre with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care. We belong to Peter di Gallo AG and offer around 300 beds across 14 wards, cared for by 320 employees.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and conducting resource-oriented group and individual activities in various activating areas
• Designing varied offers such as wellness, creative studio, cooking and themed groups
• Planning and conducting excursions and events for our residents
• 2-3 shifts per year at weekends.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the activation team and the various areas of SONNHALDE

You bring with you:

• Training as an Activation Specialist HF
• Experience working with people with mental health impairments
• Empathy, teamwork and enjoyment in working with people
• Creative flair and inventiveness
• Flexibility, resilience and organisational skills
• Independent working style
• Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage
