As part of our succession planning due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing employee, we are looking for a committed individual for our sales team as

Field Sales Representative for the Western Switzerland Region in the Roofing Sector

(Focus regions: Bern and the Bernese Oberland)

Your role is versatile

• Sales and consultation of all products (main focus: roof tiles, roof accessories, photovoltaics, and insulation)
• Technical advice on the product range and proper execution on site with customers
• Consultation of processors, architects, engineers, investors, and building owners
• Maintenance and support of existing customers as well as building material trade and acquisition of new customers
• Project handling in all planning stages using modern tools such as CRM
• Monitoring and implementation of the entire order process (from offer to payment receipt)

• Adherence to budget targets in the sales area and support with debtor control
  

• Implementation of strategic objectives (working with customer classes, accessory sales, etc.)
  
• Forwarding market information to regional sales managers, product management, quality department, etc.
• Participation in trade fairs/events/trainings
  

Do you have the right building blocks?

For this position, we are looking for a service-oriented, reliable, and team-capable personality with good manners and the following additional qualifications:

• Technical basic training in the main or secondary construction trades (roofer, carpenter, tinsmith, etc.)
• At least 3 – 5 years of practical sales experience
• Good MS Office skills, CRM advantageous
• Resident in the sales area with willingness to travel
• Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style
